Ahhh I assume that Paradigm was a gym - I'm guessing that's your goal then? And furthermore I'm guessing that those huge capital startup costs are what are holding you back?
I have often considered setting up a gym too - but it will be a secondary business if anything.
Also: What will your next car be?

The wood that a wood chuck would chuck would fill a wood truck with chucked wood.

Hey brah would you recommend weight training for someone training for a triathlon? If so, could you give me an idea of what sort of stuff I should be doing?

Well, you could train semi-normal. But keep in mind muscular endurance will make or break you as a tri-athlete.. So a generic answer (going into detail would take a while) would be still train, but keep the rep range very high and the breaks between sets a bit lower then normal.

What sort of routine would you suggest (just a quick rough outline would be really appreciated)? I haven't lifted since the start of the year becaue of wrist fracture from boxing.

I love the new EVO's in many ways, but the STUPID automatic gearbox that you get with them is like kills SOOO much of the fun. It would honestly be enough to stop me from buying one (serious). If I was going to buy anything I would either buy an Evo 6.5 or an Exo 9.... sad but true.
Supra is an interesting choice though... what inspired that idea?

Right now while bulking im around 3500-4k per day.
When precontest (cut) it varies, I move my calories around alot depending on how I look, so there really isnt a set number I go with.
maintenance is right around 2800-3000 for me.

Yea I hear ya. BUT, its not an automatic tranny as many people think. It doesn't have the planetary gear sets, clutch packs etc.. Its actually a stand transmission that electronically shifted, so technically it still is a standard, just not your typical H pattern.

That may be the case. But in the one I drove the transmission was a total fun killer.

Ahhh, lol. Well honestly at that young, 95% of women don't even know what they want.. (same for males) So, don't take anything tooo serious or personally. Be yourself and enjoy your youth. If your lucky enough to find a grounded young women then ride it out and see how it goes!

She is doing great, thanks for asking.
25 is not to late. Hell, im currently considering switching from bbing to competitive MMA at the moment, and im going on 26.
As far as cardio, yes up it. I would do 30-45 min in the morning fasted (before food)

Not only that, but with paddles you can forget about donuts or handbrake slides - with handbrake slides in particular the gearbox just has a panic attack and simply stops working until the car stops sliding. As for donuts or hard launches... no clutch = no fun.
That being said, thier performance and bodywork = teh hotness.
As for mma, what is your base style? What are your strengths and weaknesses?

As far as MMA goes, Im far from awesome at it. I have a decent ground game and stand up for a beginner. I've only been training casually for the last year, but its something that I think I would enjoy going 100% into. All around so far I would say i well rounded, and hope to stay that way. I would hate to turn into one of those guys that need to stand up or need to go to the ground.
