Jump Rope

Is jump roping good for cardio?
How long should I do it for? ex. 10mins,25mins.
Any answers/suggestions will be appreciated.

Do some research. If you are lifting, you definitely want to perform cardio POST workout as to not shortchange yourself.

As with any activity, if it gets your HR up, then yes it is a good activity for cardio!
