I also plan to do fasted cardio 5 days a week. Does this look good. I plan to keep my oats around my workouts and then stick to mostly veggies for my carb sources. Any advise??? I have tried this once before, but didn't stick to the carb cycle, and seemed stuck...although I was not doing the fasted cardio.
I am 5'2 and 102.
Please help so I know if this will give me the best results.

You're underweight for your height and this is why you're having such a hard time. It's going to be impossible to tighten up anymore, because you don't have enough lean mass to work with. You're going in the wrong direction, you need to be building not cutting. Get your calories slightly above maintenance (usually 100-200 calories above.) The fat gains are minimal and the more you fill out, the tighter you will look.
I can't believe a nutritionist gave you this kind of advice being at the stats you're at now...that's ridiculous.
