Ok we all love working out but what is one thing you hate most about it?

Stepping on the scale to find out you've lost weight.
Or not being able to meet your goals for a workout
On the other hand, it usually goes both ways for me.

Preparing for a competition for 6 months and then getting a flu and not being able to do anything except some light weights to not bomb out. That's what happened to me yesterday, I'm really mad....

This. I got pissed and kicked a garbage can and my toe still hurts from it till this day. (Dumb ****in move) and I've dropped plates and **** on it..**** hurts.

Same thing happened to me. I was supposed to be in a competition this month, and in the past few months 4 things happened to me:
1. Shoulder injury
2. Got high and was on a rampage in the kitchen, went in my cousins fridge and ate a **** load of raw cookie dough. Next day I **** the whole day and lost 10-15 pounds in a day! lmao
3. Got flu lost a little more weight.
4. Enrolled in school and was cursed with a ****ty schedule that screws with my gym time and work time.
Lifes a bitch and then you die!

not being able to talk about my sport.
I mean seriously, when someone asks me what i do i say marching band because i don't wanna look like a guy who says "yeah i workout..." and i'm double-****ed cause in case you didn't notice at a massive 145lbs. i don't exactly look like arnold while wearing normal clothes

Eating a lot everyday, i mean it is easy to eat a lot one day then not the next, constantly eating the right amount of calories and all othe macros 6 times a day forever
i love eating but sometimes it gets hard

These fatasses at my gym who've been training for 2 yrs...all they do is bench and they come in at 250lbs of fat put up 225 and do it half way...I laugh at them

ahaha yeah man there are sooo many of those types of people at my gym. its hilarious. but im sure there are a sh*t ton of people laughing at me too though. im in there pressing 30 lb dumbbells lol but if they only knew i just got out of a 9-10 month chest/shoulder injury...sighh
