i need ways to control my appetite (reps)
Im on a cut now for wrestling, and im only eating 2 small meals a day now at the moment. Im on a fat burner now the acts as a appetite suppresent but its not enough. I try to chew gum all day but that only sometimes works. Give me some ideas to get my mind off of food

OP, you need to eat a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner like everybody else. Put lots of fruits and vegetables fiber in your diet. If you want to keep your mind off food, make something that tastes good and you could eat it everyday, while at the same time minimizing the fats. Let in a cheat meal once in a while to make you feel good. Overall though, you need sheer willpower.

Thanks for the advice, but im not cutting to LOOK good, im cutting to get to my lowest possible weight. So i cant afford to be having big meals

find something you dont like, minimal in calories, hide everything else and force yourself to eat it.
I dislike carrots but when im hungry i can go through 1/4 of a bag nd that will suppress my appetite. 1 bag of carrots is only 150 calories so thats good enough 4 me lol.
Also i drink diet coke sometimes when im hungry, try to do something that keeps my mind off the fact that im hungry

I agree with the salad. something with high fiber and bulk to fill you up with minimal calories would help a lot. Have you tried rice cakes? A couple of those with 12oz water should keep you full for awhile.

Try brushing your teeth whenever you get hungry so you get that toothpaste flavour in your mouth. Helps me sometimes at least
