I've been doing some great procrastination today!
House is clean, dishes are done, laundry in progress
.....the document I'm supposed to be working on is open (but minimized)
But I just put the coffee on, so maybe there will be some words soon!

They changed the original flavor for better mixability, that was the best I still like the new one just not as much it's very good to make sludge with.
2 scoops powder
1 tbls PB slowly add water and mix you can microwave it to.

I mentioned the IronMind catalog in a recent post... I pretty much want everything from their store.
Their protein doesn't have much flavor. Just a tiny bit of vanilla/almond extract. It's probably too high-carb for some people (18g protein, 7g carbs per 1/4 scoop), but I love it. Mixes well in water, orange juice, milk, makes nice pudding with yogurt, etc etc etc.

So you're suggesting a beef-flavored protein powder?

Oh I went through my chocolate/strawberry/vanilla protein powder phase, when I was ignorant and didn't know any better
I only use protein powder in my breakfast and the very occasional shake. Mostly steak, fish, etc for me
