The only thing I've heard is that the Expo is PACKED with people...
Thanks for any help!

My husband and I have attended the Expo for the last 4 years. It's a good way to learn a lot about many of the products that are offered. Don't expect it to be a networking opportunity though. Many of the vendors have samples to taste or take with you. Bring cash if you plan on buying products (bars, powders, etc.), although last year I think many more took credit cards. Sometimes they offer reduced costs on products at the Expo, but sometimes they aren't, so don't necessarily think you are getting a great deal.
Saturday and Sunday are absolutely packed. Friday is busy but not as packed. Choose the day(s) that fit in your schedule.
We haven't attended any of the competitions, although there are some going on during the Expo.
As for tickets, it really depends on how much you want to see. If you choose to stay overnight, I would make a hotel reservation now. You can always cancel if you change your mind.
The drawback last year was the way they allowed us to enter the Expo. It was very poorly managed. Hopefully they will realize what they did and change it.
