Lighting, I assume.
I'm not even gonna bother posting anymore, hard work is impossible is some people's eyes.
It went from a compliment to just plain annoying.
For the record, I said that it was over a year.
I don't know why some people claim roids when someone else either worked harder or just are better predisposed, genetically, to gain muscle. It's demeaning.

So what. Even if he did juice he wouldn't magically get a physique by sitting on a couch and watching tv for a year.
He still put in hard work and dedication.
natty or not, it doesn't matter.
negged.

So you have been working out for more then a year, but you just weren't "dedicated".....
The questions is, is it 12 months natty between the before and after pics u posted? because thats what your post implies

Thanks man.
No like I said those are over a year old, and I never got dedicated until about a year ago.
I know I can't convince the naysayers that I'm natty, so I'll just try to keep taking it as a compliment haha

Once I get my work done and have some free time
It's easier to just keep posting "no, I'm natty" then post diet and routine when I've got 4 labs along with full classes and work every week.
But I'll post it tonight, just cause I like you

Alright so here's my routine.
I work out 6 days a week, dedicated to it for the past year, pretty well.
Every three weeks, I'd take a couple days off, seemed to work out for me so far.
Day 1 - Chest
Bench press 5 x 10, 8, 6, 10, 8
Incline bench 4 x 10
Incline flyes 4 x 10, 8, 6, 8
Decline bench 4 x 10
Cable crossovers 4 x 8
Probably end it with a bench press to failure
Day 2 - Shoulders/abs
Shoulder press 4 x 8
Arnie presses 4 x 8
Plate turn raises (I've no idea wtf they're called) 3 x 8
Lateral raises 4 x 10, 15, 10, 8
Cable crunches 4 x 10 (standing) 4 x 10 (kneeling)
Weighted incline crunches 4 x 10, 15, 20, 10
Day 3 - Legs
Squats usually 5 x 10, 8, 6, 4, fail
Calf raises (standing) 3 x 8 (sitting) 3 x 8
Hamstring curls 4 x 8
Leg press 5 x 8
Lunges (no set amount, just lunge around until I fall down)
Day 4 - Back
Dead lifts 5 x 10, 8, 6, 4, 4
Barbell rows 4 x 10
T-bar rows 4 x 10
Widegrip pullups 5 x 8, 10, fail, 8, fail
Shrugs 4 x 10, 8, 6, 4, (and then attempt to go back up through the weight again.. usually never make it)
Lat pulldowns 3 x 8
Day 5 - Arms
Dumbell preacher curls 4 x 8
Hammer curls 4 x 8
Lying incline bar curls 5 x 10
cable curls 4 x 8
forearm curl things 5 x 10
Closegrip bench 4 x 10, 8, 8, 6
skullcrushers 4 x 10
Sitting dumbell tricep extensions 4 x 10, 8, 8, 8
one-armed tricpe pulldowns 4 x 8
Day 6 - Chest, again, usually
I'll also usually throw abs in with the chest, too, forgot to add that.

you were twig like in the 1st place, i know lots of people who NEVER workout and look way bigger than you did in your 1st pic. So to say that it is genetics, why were you so small to begin with?
jus sayin'.
looking good nonetheless (no homo)

I found out the hard way this wasn't so

This is exactly why I do not post pictures. Lots of people just downgrade your hard work and just put it off as "oh it must be steroids because I can't gain like that". Its really quite pathetic. I find myself getting annoyed as much as you and it's not even my pic. Your gains are great, but not enough for someone to assume you were on roids. I mean it was over a year. If anyone works there butt off and eats right for a year, there is going to be some dramatic changes. Good job OP.
