lol..first day in a while that was above 10 degrees celcius..dont know what that is in fairenheit.

I went to kbbq for lunch and rode around on my motorcycle for 2 hours.

Hi guise and gals,
Just got back from my test. I did awesome on the written and physical. On the written I got 82% while the averge score is 75%.The physical I max out every test. Possible passing point was 160. My score was max possible points of 200. My next step now is to wait for the city to received my score and invite me to the oral board. If I get the call to the board and pass the board. The possiblity will be endless.

Thanks for all the support guise and gals. I don't think I can do so well on the physical without this asian thread. Oh yea, I ran 1.5 miles in 13.22, max time is 13.35. And my 300 meter sprint is 50.29, the max time is 56. So I crushed the max time real bad.

So if I'm 300 meter away from you and you need backup i can get to you in less then 51 second. It might not be fast in track term, but I'm sure a lot of cops wouldn't mind that number.

I'm so beat up to catch up on the post. But I'll will find time later on. I'm just so happy and pump right now. Everything seem to be rolling my way. My body is in shape, i never felt so lean in my life. My diet is awesome. I just can't wait to hit the gym tomorrow and reward my body with grinding the iron. Everytime when I hit the weight i feel like I'm rewarding my body, because I've been so good and kind to it.

Serious brahs, if you love your body and treat your body with respect. you body will respond back very postively. If you abusing the sh it out of it, it will come right back at you with so form of cold or sickness. And if you keep on abusing the sh it out of it all the time it will lead to bigger problem. Then you take yourself to the doctor and he diagnosis you with some type of disease. The doctor visit could had been avoided with respecting your body and loving everything about it.

pretty much taking some time off lifting for a bit, middle of exams so barely have time to wipe my arse after taking a dump, then soon as i finish im back home for a week working my butt off for spending money in hawaii... when i get back though... GAME ON!!!
