good job bro. that looked too easy for you. I'm jealous i am determined to hit double my weight, i am doing 345 at a bw of 180 right now.
And yea you can definately keep going up! how have you been training? with an emphasis on strength? When increasing weight for a one rep max you just really need to put more of an emphasis on training for maximal neural recruition by keeping the load super heavy for 1-3 reps with at least 2 minutes between sets

Looked like a solid BP- not competition but a good gym lift. I bet you can get another 15 pounds easy maybe even the 40 you want...you never know until you try.

i was really shooting for a 300lb bench at 160lbs over the summer, but didnt quite get there. i hit 265 x 3 and 275 x 1, but i ended up screwing up my shoulder
my 275 didnt look anything like your 315 though . . . im inspired.
2x your bodyweight. Not too many people can claim that. OP, do you squat? You would think with a 315 lb bench you'd have a 400 lb squat and you'd most likely weight quite a bit more than 155 lbs.

nice job man. I consider myself strong, 315+ bench @ 170-180, but you did it 20lbs lighter, ha. Guess theres always someone out there better than you. NJ
