I ran this at 4 caps a day for six weeks and had a great time doing it. Now my question is this, can i run this at 6 caps for six weeks ran alongside activate xtreme, i think that would be a sweet ass natty test boost cycle.

ok. so I took my first dose (2 caps) last night and it hit me like 10 min after I took it.
I literally started panicking and getting shortness of breath.
I thought maybe I was allergic to one of the ingredients, but after I calmed myself down it was all good.
Took 2 more this morning before a cardio session and I'm looking forward to my next dose before I lift tonight.
So far, after last nights first does, i can say that it does have at least SOME effect. lol
Can't wait until it really kicks in.
Will keep you posted.

Well that's odd for sure, never heard of anything like that
If anything people feel more relaxed and forskolin has an anti-asthma effect...

Have you used ATD?
I think it could be beneficial, but unnecessary.
And I base that on absolutely nothing.

If you're going to stack Bio Forge and actx stick to regular dosing for both then.
Not a fan of ATD here.

Expression of testicular 3 beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase/delta 5----4-isomerase: regulation by luteinizing hormone and forskolin in Leydig cells of adult rats.Keeney DS, Mason JI.
Cecil H. and Ida Green Center for Reproductive Biology Sciences, Department of Biochemistry, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas 75235-9051.
LH is required to maintain the activity of 3 beta-hydroxysteriod dehydrogenase/delta 5----4-isomerase (3 beta HSD) in testicular Leydig cells. The objective of the present study was to determine whether LH and effectors such as forskolin, which act via the intracellular cAMP signal transduction pathway, can regulate the expression of 3 beta HSD in rat Leydig cells in vitro. Primary cultures of Leydig cells were prepared from testes of adult rats and treated with oLH, forskolin, (Bu)2cAMP, or cholera toxin. The effects of treatment on 3 beta HSD activity were measured using [3 alpha-3H]dehydroepiandrosterone as substrate. Immunoreactive 3 beta HSD was quantified by denaturing sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and immunoblotting with a polyclonal antiserum against 3 beta HSD. The synthesis of 3 beta HSD was quantified after sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of immunoprecipitated cellular lysates of Leydig cells radiolabeled with L-[35S]methionine. The levels of 3 beta HSD mRNA were quantified by Northern analysis and hybridization with a cDNA encoding testicular 3 beta HSD (rat type I). A cell-free protein-synthesizing system was used to test the ability of 3 beta HSD mRNA to be translated into immunoreactive 3 beta HSD. 3 beta HSD activity increased 3.5- and 5.0-fold in Leydig cell cultures treated with forskolin (1 microM) and (Bu)2cAMP (1 mM), respectively, compared with control cultures. Maximal activity was attained after 48-72 h and maintained through 120 h of treatment. The increase in 3 beta HSD activity could be accounted for quantitatively by increases in the steady state levels and the rates of synthesis of 3 beta HSD. The cellular levels of immunoreactive 3 beta HSD increased 4.0- and 7.6-fold in Leydig cells treated with forskolin and (Bu)2cAMP, respectively. Moreover, both of these effectors increased by 6- to 8-fold the levels of newly synthesized 3 beta HSD after 24-72 h of treatment. Ovine LH, forskolin, cholera toxin, and (Bu)2cAMP increased the cellular levels of 3 beta HSD mRNA in a dose-dependent manner. The magnitude of the increases ranged from 2- to 42-fold, compared with that in control cultures, after 12 h of treatment. Maximal responses were effected by 1 ng/ml ovine LH, 1 microM forskolin, 1 ng/ml cholera toxin, and 1 mM (Bu)2cAMP.(

Digging this so far.
Energy levels are up and definition in my chest is significant again as well as size in my shoulders.
also so noticeable leanness in my mid section. That doesn't mean i got a six pack, but it looks leaner if that makes sense.
Can't wait to try it with AX.

2 upon waking(30' before breakfast) and 2 caps 45' before your workout(always on empty stomach). Take the 2nd dose 30' before dinner on rest days.

my mornings are really pressed for time, as soon as I wake up I have a shake, then eat my breakfast and get out the door. is it better to wait a while after breakfast to take the first dose of bioforge then? or should I still try to get it in first thing in the morning?

My total test has been in the neighborhood of 200 for the past few years. I tried a massfx cycle and felt nothing that would lead me to believe those numbers were raised. Its fairly hard for me to gain strength anymore given my numbers, but my main concern is suppression. Can you help me find any literature that proves there won't be any with this? Doctors aren't quick to give a 20 year old at 215 and 12% bodyfat HCG or Clomid so I'm trying to find something legal to give some results.

Not trying to hi-jack, but, I was trying to find some feedback on Bioshape. I know Bioforge is doing so well, how come we don't hear about any of the other products?

At that value(being only 20) I think you have the right to get a pharma therapy from your physician.

I've been trying for years, they just keep saying it must have ben a bad test, we'll wait another 6 months. Even in the mean time before I can actually convince a doctor to really help me, will this product give me some sort of help, most importantly, without any shutdown after?

An endocrinologist worth his weight in salt would help you.

The issue is I can't get to one. General practitioner won't get me a refferal and my insurance requires one. Its all pretty lame stuff man. I'm balding with gyno and I'm over 200lbs fairly lean with these numbers. I feel like the doctor knows I've made some (bad) decisions in my past and assumes I will try to exploit the help i.e use the clomid as part of a pct for antoher cycle

Cool. Any logs or feedback on Bioshape? If it works nearly as well as Bioforge it should be pretty good.
