This time last year.. 165. In February I hit just under 190, after a several month bulk of increased eating and a weight gainer every night. I am currently as strong now, if not stronger then when I was at just under 190.

Hit legs, didn't do anything special. squated then did leg press, destroyed calves and did some biceps in between to keep my heart rate up.

Today was a rest/work day.
Some things to add that I've noticed.
Strength has increased
Skin is more oilier then usual.
Get angry a little easier then normal.

It's not so much of my joints as it is my tendons. I think it may be genetically in my family as my dad has arthritis. But my tendons and joints aren't to bad on Military press, the lifts that hurt them the most are things like Bench, the Olympics lifts such as snatch, jerk, clean and curls/reverse curls, as well as French curls/skull crushers.
Anyway, today I hit Back and biceps.
My strength is surprising me as I did more pull ups today with ease compared to last weeks. I also increased weight on curls, rows,and cable rows. I think I said before I don't deadlift real heavy as I have a small strain in my lower back that seems to never go away. My tendons were doing fine throughout the lift except for reverse curls and for Preacher curls, I can mostly feel it in the tendon in my left wrist as well as my left forearm. Cissus sounds like a better idea the more I think about it.

Alright I had a powered out lift today of Chest/Tris
Took a scoop of Glycergrow about 5 minutes after AS. Had better pumps today but wasn't crazy. I also had to cut my work out short by about 15 minutes so I tried to lift more intensely with less rest in between sets.

Today I'm going to be burning my legs up, I'll most likely also hit Abs as I feel I've been neglecting him. Okay so I received my GHenerate and the L-GH-1 or whatever it is. I'm going to stack all of these, unless recommended not to, or if you want this to stay a strict AS log.

My weigh is 178 probably around 9% fat.
I'm unsure of my max bench since I've been doing incline much harder then flat. I'll find out this week.
My max squat is around 275 (I think I could go higher) I do squat in sets of 8 reps
Military press I currently am maxxed at 65 LB DBs. So I suppose that's 130.
Deadlift max is also around 275, I also do these in sets of 8 reps.
Todays lift wasn't quite what I expected.
I had a bad headache for several hours but already committed myself to the gym.
So I took AS, about 10 minutes later I took the purple caps I-GH-1. Then 5 minutes before I left I took GHenerate... Looking back, this was an awful idea. I think I caught a 24 hour bug from work last night. So I got through about half of my lift.
2 x 135 (8reps)
5 x 225 (8reps)
Then I did some calf work, and in between 4 squat sets I did Jump rope for 2 minutes. Well after I did my last squat set I felt worse then ever. I had a pounding headache, felt like a sinus headache where you feel a pulsing sensation in your head and or neck. So I go to the bathroom and think Im going to throw up, well after a few minutes I decide I wont. So before I leave I get that feeling. Go to the toilet and throw up a little... Then the main course, it came out so fast and at once. It pretty much tasted like AS and the birch beer I drank earlier mixed together. Well, then my headache went away and my stomach stopped hurting. But since I did throw up I decided to go home and see how i felt.

I don't think I threw up from the supplements stacked together, although you know my body and AS aren't friendly to each other, I think I would have thrown up to it before now, I know it wasn't the GHenerate as I had 6 sprays last night and was fine. I'm going to attribute this unfortunate event to me not feeling well and having a pounding headache.

Tell me how it goes, I'd love to find something to cover this taste up. How long have you been lifting? Also, I think you're lucky, you have a little bit of energy to fall back on if you can't eat a lot that day.

a strong cup of grape juice does pretty decent, best so far. chased with a bite of pizzza and its good lol 7/10/ Man AS aint sittin well in my stomach. Totally had that alpha feeling during sex with my gf last night then she woke me up for me in the middle of the night gave it to her then went back to bed lol.

Yeah AS doesn't sit in my stomach that well either, and today I either threw up because of stacking or just because I wasn't feeling well. Can't quite say right now. We'll see Tuesday, my next lift day, I'm going to be pushing for 70 Lb DB military press.

Good luck on those 70's on military press. I see how you pyramid up to the max weight. Maybe start with a higher weight this week. I pyramid up also. If I start at the 80's I don't hit the 110's. If I start at the 90's though...things change. Just a thought. Maybe it'll work for you!

You're right, but then I'd feel as if I was cheating myself. Because I feel I think to really test my own strength I have to do the lower weight first to gauge myself. I'll compromise though, I'll do a set of 50s, 60s, then try the 70s. Okay it took me a while but here are some pics, we're about 2 weeks in roughly and I've probably taken AS about 10 times since I've missed a couple days.
