Low carb bulk possible
It is possible to gain muscle on low carbs?
As in only carb intake from fruit and vegetables?
say between 80-150g per day?
How much protien and fat would I need....and calories......(stats 5'10 142..bf 11%?)
What woudl I do for pre and post workout?
I am trying to avoid dairy/carbs/sugar/grains....due to acne problems

yes very possible.
for me almost double body weight in protein and the rest fat to get the calories up enough to gain weight slowly.
you can gain lean mass with hardly any carbs I have been with 30 net carbs a day for 5+ months.
fat/protein meals all day, just a protein shake only right after working out.

Unless your in keto your gains are going to be sub-par and energy will easily drop.

yes it's possible. You can use some beans to get extra carbo eventually, anyway fruit and veggies is fine as well.
Keep an adeguate protein amount and healthy fats.
in the post workout, as carbs you can use organic raisins, they are alkaline so very good to help your recovery
the good of the system you are choosing is that with fruits and veggies you are almost always alkaline, so you balance very well the acidity of the protein foods..
as fat I'd stick to almonds and extra virgin olive oil and of course omega 3s and borage oil, primrose oil

this isnt always true, some people react differently to carbs, i have a lot more energy on 100g a day than on 300g a day

your body will make the glucose it needs from whatever you're eating. keep fats high, it's eaiser for the body to use that for energy than protein

Apple juice and orange juice are not expensive so I would increase that later on if you need to.
P.S. Since it is easy and cheap enough to find 100% natural apple juice I would stick with that. No good reason to add extra empty calories in the form of HFCS.

Possible - yes however you will be limiting the gains that you could be making.

I am starting something known as the Anabolic Diet. It calls for around 60% fat 35% protein and 5 % carbs. I posted the diet I am currently starting in a recent post, you may want to give it a look.
