wtf this makes me depressed. been deadlifting since august and can do 275 x 4 and i'm bigger than the little guys in this thread muscularly but they own me i the deadlift, i don't understand.

Mass doesn't = strength though (no hate). I train for strength right now, but not size. My lifts are going up pretty nicely, but I'm not getting any bigger.

Lol no i wont shut up, im proud of progressing with good form and that since a few month ago.
I wont stress enough doing the lifts right and prevent injuries.

A rule of thumb that i use when giving advice, i make sure that i am substantially stronger than them before commenting. But i do agree, they are ugly squats.

545 but form was not perfect but i was too stuburn to stop, so i around 520 or so.
Edit: i posted by 1 rep before i realized it was for five. i can do 420 or 430 for five. More if i touch and go but i dont count that.
