Diet
Meal 1 : 3.Mueslix, 2c plain sweetened yogurt
Meal 2 : 2 WW tortillas, 1tbsp PB, 1 scoop casein, 1 apple, shredded coconut (unsweetened, finally found some !)
Meal 3 : 2 cans sardines, 1c (cooked) brown rice, 1c green beans

Total
2553 cals
173g protein
356g carbs (62g fiber)
62g fat

A bit low in protein and fiber but whatever... not that bad of a day and I'm 100% satisfied with the whole week.
