What's a good pair of sneakers to get for training and running?
anyone got any opinions?
those Under Armor illusion II look nice. I been looking around and my current new balance got holes in them so i need new sneakers bad.

Never get under armour shoes they are a peice of **** (ok for training, but will destroy your knees/whole body if u run in then). Stick with asics, they will cost you more but will save you in the long run and last twice as long if not longer.
also nike makes some good runners
use to work at a running store srs
