2 scoops whey= 240 cals 48g protein
3/4 cup ice cream any flavor w/ teaspoon of chocolate syrup= @260 cals
why go so called clean, when you can meet your macros and treat yourself?

If you are dropping subs from the menu do you have a specific type of Macro break down you are looking for to meet your daily goals?

your strength will go to hell until your cals go back to maitenence or higher. It does'nt matter how clean/dirty your diet is, if your'e in deficit, so is the gains.

What macros do you need it from? Cottage cheese w/Natty PB or w/some walnuts could work. If you want more protein and less carbs grill some skinless chicken breast in advance and eat that when ya need to. A Whey shake with peanut butter would work as well.

1.5 tbs PB (120 cals / 12g fat)
1.5 scoops whey (150 cals / 35g protein )
0.75 cup oatmeal (235 cals / 40g carb )
= easy meal with
505 cals
~ 45g carb
~ 45g protein
~ 15g fat
