Glute Ham Raises -- never tried a GHR yet, but if I can get strong enough to train with one...instant gains on the squat & DL

Reverse Hypers -- nothing has ever KILLED my lower back like reverse hypers, and the most I ever got to use was only 180 lbs. lol

GHR....still haven't figured out how to do them in my new gym that doesn't have it. Training is going well enough that I'm not gonna stress about figuring it out when nothing is broken....

Doing squats with over 1,000 pounds, man I wish I could do that exercise it'd get me very strong

Guys, for glute ham raises take a hyper extension bench and raise the back end on a box... you can easily play around with the angle to adjust the difficulty so if you aren't strong enough to do a full one you can still train them.

Oh wow... I have a few that I really want to try...

GHRs - I can almost do one negative! I'm not strong enough to be able to do sets with actual reps on these
Reverse Hyper - no machine at my gym
Front Squats - I refuse to do it without a clean grip, and I have a ways to go before I develop the flexibility for that.
DB Floor Press - nobody to hand the DBs off to me

Other than that...
Cleans
Snatches
Jerks
Overhead Squats
Sumos

...all exercises which I want to eventually incorporate but do not think would be right to include at this point in time.

Lots of strongman stuff too. Keg toss, yoke walk, tire flips, farmers walk, etc. Also rope climbing, sledgehammer tire striking, prowler stuff, etc. Don't have the equipment, but also am not ready to incorporate them at this point in time.

Lots of stuff I wanna try haha.

GHR's and Reverse Hypers

Gym doesn't have them and I've never tried them, soooo I would love to incorperate them into my workouts if we ever got the machines.

i need to focus religiously on 1 arm DB overhead presses and db snatches

front squats too
why one arm over two arms?

and are oly lifts with dbs as effective as with the barbell?

brahs who want to do GHR, just use a smith machine bar (dont laugh), put on 2 or 3 45s, and put it all the way on the floor.
Next put some padding on the floor, then stick your feet under the bar and have at it.

Reverse Hyper - I have never been to a gym that has one....which is kind of weird

GHR - The gym at school doesn't have one,only back at home. So if I want to use one I have to wait until the summer or Winter Break.

Snatches - I don't think I'll ever get the form down....Oly lifting is just not meant to be with me I guess.

Can't drop weights in my gym, so I can't go too heavy on them. Plus I can't fit them in with my routine and they make my shoulders scream.

+I'd like to train for size for a bit, doing a bodybuilding routine. Training like a powerlifter left me with huge obliques, underdeveloped upper chest and relatively small shoulders. Mainly the chest though, looks like I have tits
