Did you see the new exercise guide? The videos and definitions of the Olympics lifts were so bad they deleted them

I haven't looked at the bb.com exercise guide in quite a while. I used to use it to come up with new and interesting isolation exercises for my split routines (back when I did splits.) It was useful for showing what an exercise was, but it wasn't always so good at showing how to do the exercise correctly.

It's too bad they deleted the Olympic lifts. They instead should have requested a few of the well-known Oly lifters around here to submit videos. bb.com is happy enough to accept articles on diet and routines, they should be as happy to accept videos of lifts done properly.

Oh, BTW, I found a new class of shoe that might be good for lifting. The "Casual Atheletic" class of shoe tends to have a flat sole and low heel while still having arch support and some look like they might be suitable for lifting. They tend to run in the $40 - $70 range. I almost bought some by New Balance, but they didn't have them in my size.
