Excellent Chest Power Day...I almost felt like I was back to the normal luke again! And I mean WOW on the DB Bench! Only the 2nd time doing them in 5+ years and I could already bang out the 115's! I am already falling in love with this movement again! I see the 145's in the future months!! And I did some semi heavy weighted dips, had been a while since I did any of those as well. Everything felt pretty good.

No ya dont, its ok...I had to take a lot time off from dieting and training for about 10 days while I was in the moving process, things are finally coming together though. The last 10 days will be money!
