Preparing for first competition

Should I take Creatine Monohydrate during competition preparation. It is 1 month away.
Cardio should be slow or HIIT

I did with no issues but I had been taking creatine for a couple months already at that point. With 1 month out you have plenty of time to try it out for a week or two and see if you like what it does and how you look. If for some odd reason you notice anything negative from it just drop it and you should still be fine.

I personally didn't have any issues with holding water or bloat when using it and I took it up to and including comp day!
