Great work Tiff. I'm amazed at how much I've come to love leg day. I think it's because it provides the greatest opportunity to inflict pain in the gym. Not to mention the severe doms that follows. It becomes a 4-day event. I can't wait 'til Tuesday . Oh sorry, this was about YOUR leg day LOL. WTG crushing it!!!

Good work, Tiffany.
I think leg training is so rewarding because it's so challenging. It's very satisfying when you can complete a leg session and know you've done your absolute best to improve. There are few other endeavors in our society that allow such a level of physical exertion.

I agree with you about inflicting pain . I am inflicting pain twice a week and my legs have responded.
Here's to Tuesday .

I agree with you Bill. I think that's why I love weight training. It's up to me to get it done and it takes 100% effort to be successful.

Leg day...
Squats slow, steady, and deep.
Bread and butta work.
Leg Presses for continued massivity (ya I think I just made that up ).
My legs are my strong point, going to improve the quality of the muscle there not really get them bigger.
If that happens, so be it.
If they grow more then I have to do even more upper body improvements.
Squats
20x45(bar), 20x95, 12x135, 8x225, 8x225
Leg Press, PWO
20x270, 10x540, 10x810
6x1,080, 6x1,080
leg press calf raise, PWO
25x360, 20x360, 15x360, 10x360
single standing HS Ham Curl, PWO/side
12x50, 8x75, 7x75
lying Ham Curl
6x200(stack), 6x200
seated Calf, PWO
20x135
30 min walking to and from the gym.
All reps slow and squeezed tight like I would Dolly Parton's boobies.

Nov. 5 and 6, 2009
off
5th was scheduled.
6th I flexed my chest in the morning and it still ached. An unscheduled but wise day off.
One thing about Fiend's that makes them dangerous is their ability to think and strategize.
It ain't all about the power and looking pretty in bodybuilding.

Man...I admire you for doing the job you do Brian. It takes a special kinda person. Nice chest workout. I'm still blown away by the numbers you do for "maintaining" your legs

I love Hammer Strength equipment, especially the shoulder press machine. I'll stay with this exercise until the gains stop.
