People who avoid carbs are idiots
people who avoid bread, rice, milk, yogurt, fruit, etc just because it has carbs are idiots and are stupid.
guess what FATS are worse for you.
fats= growth hormone decrease
carbs= insulin
protein= anabolic
so a combination of all of these things is whats needed, not NO CARBS/50% protein/50% fat.
so people who eat less than 50g of carbs a day= fail.

Im on a low carb diet I eat carbs in the morning before I go gym usually a bowl of porridge...Ive cut out bread rice potatoes...because i find it sits on my stomach and bloats me up which is not good as im tryin to get the washboard look...that doesnt make me an idiot lol everybody has their own particular reasons for their choice in diet...
Eating rice potato bread after 6 or 9 at night is really not a good idea as it sits on yr gut...unless yr gonna go do a workout at 10 at night in which case you could burn it off..lol
Lol you must be talking to the people that dont have any carbs in their diet at all..but thats virtually impossible because you need some sort of carbs to workout on..

I tend to have a rather mixed opinion about this. With or without carbs I still lose a pound a week.. but lately I've tossed out bread and rice because they're too calorie dense and aren't satisfying at all. Oatmeal and meat ftw..

The amount of GH released during the day (naturally) and the increase you would get with the carbs is completely irrelevant. If you want GH release to actually make some sort of difference, increase it at NIGHT, when your body outputs the largest amount, when it actually matters.

Your an idiot. If I were to intake carbs I'd rather it be through broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, red peppers, instead of friggen rice, yogurt, and bread. Rice/pasta is just a filler, thats it atleast vegetables are less calories, and offer nutrients. To make a post like this, give your head a shake.

I'm not saying I agree with no carb diets, but guess which macro nutrient is not essential? oh thats right, carbs! Ill take fats to carbs any day personally, but that is what my body does well with and what is inline with my goals right now. Everyone responds differently and must learn how their body works and what it prefers.

Actually Keto diets are just as effective if not more than normal diet as Fat increases testoesterone levels go type it in google and 10 thousand references will pop up
