realistic goals?

Basically, at the end of next year I'm looking for a 15kg(around 35lbs) increase in mass goal, all of which is fairly lean by the end of next year. I dont mind putting on more mass in the form of fat but i pretty much want close to around 15kg of lean mass on. I also want:

A 35kg increase in bench. (78)

A 45kg increase in squat. (100lb)

A 45kg increase in deadlift. (100lb)

A 25kg increase in overhead press. (55lbs

Realistic goals? I'm going for size and strength but i also need to keep fairly quick and agile. I train for these anyway.

Ideal stats 6"2/6"3 100kg, no more than 15% bodyfat. Highest level of speed and agility. 100m goal is 12 seconds. I work and eat extremely hard by the way. Hopefully by the end of next year I'll be around 92kg, 13% bodyfat and still fairly pacy and agile

realistic?

I would say those are highly realistic given your time frame is an entire year. Just gotta put the work into it. Train hard but you also need to eat like a monster to gain 35 lbs. of muscle. Good luck!

well if im 75 now, there are 14 months until the end of 2010. If i aim for 1kg of muscle a month it'd be close to that but i understand that a high level of work is needed
