Not anti-religious even though the title suggest it. Completely changed the way I look at organized religion and religion in general and how we have pre-establish, more than likely false assumptions of our religious icons. This book though started a very deep period of self reflection for me that completely changed the way I respond to the world.

Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance: An Inquiry into Values - Robert Pirsig
I don't read often, and am usually bored by most books. This is the only book I've ever read more than once, and heavily influenced my world view and philosophy.
Starts off a little slow, but tells an epic true story of a man whose philosophical research (Metaphysics of Quality) drives him to the brink of insanity. He finds his way back to reality with the "help" of electro-shock therapy. Many years later, he is on a motorcycle road trip with his young son, as the ghosts of his previous life haunt him along the way.
Good, deep stuff here.

Every man should read "Sperm Wars" by Robin Baker. You can get it on amazon for $12 and it will completely change your reality.
"Published to acclaim and controversy a decade ago, Sperm Wars is a revolutionary thesis about sex that turned centuries-old biological assumptions on their head.
Evolution has programmed men to conquer and monopolize women while women, without ever knowing they are doing it, seek the best genetic input on offer from potential sexual partners.
In this book, best-selling author Robin Baker reveals these new facts of life: ten percent of children are not fathered by their "fathers;" less than one percent of a man?s sperm is capable of fertilizing anything (the rest is there to fight off all other men?s sperm); "smart" vaginal mucus encourages some sperm but blocks others; and a woman is far more likely to conceive through a casual fling than through sex with her regular partner. "

exactly the same..
i read and appreciated that book, and at the same time, it made me doubt every single female. I guess that's what it's supposed to do.
It made it worse to find he and the girl he ended up with broke up like 2-3 years ago, a few years after the book was written.
edit:
The God Delusion too.. great book. Not sure if it completely changed my views as much as reinforced them.

I have a copy of this since I was 14, and it's signed. It pushed me to where I am now.

i read a book called "the translator: a tribesman memoir of darfur" and it followed a guy who struggled through Africa and it opened my eyes to some of the stuff going on in Darfur. You know instead of the people that just say Darfur is bad.
This book gave first hand examples of it which has had an impact in my life so far

the messengers: true story of angelic presence, changed my life. there are certain factors behind it, but, in essence, i changed because of it.
