IS it easier to do curls with a straight bar or ez bar?
Im talking about the small BB's with fixed rubber weights as opposed to the ez bar where you have to manually add weight?
the straight bar your grip is like this: _____
ez bar is slanted slightly, kinda like this: \_______/
so which grip makes it easier?

straight bar is the way to go. the alignment of the wrists makes the lift hit the inner head = peak

Ez bar is easier, you should do the straight bar better results and it shocks your biceps.. And you never really get used to it so its best!

you should get two ez bars and balance them both on the safety reails in the squat rack, that's probably the only legit way to do it
