Okay guys...
Lets imagine your friend is on a diet where his or her meals are: water for breakfast, water for lunch, water for dinner, and water for anything inbetween. That's right, a diet of pure H20.
How would YOU help develop his or her diet into a healthy one using only supplements and/or bricks of some-edible-substance that has little-to-no nutritional value?
-The 'substance' can be either of the food groups (meat, grain etc.)
-You have access to any kitchen appliance.
-When I say "Healthy", I'm refering to either of 'balanced' or 'bodybuilding results'.
