Am at 3x5 @ 215, so I'd imagine I can probably do 5 total reps at ~225-230

Can get 305 for five most days. Can get 315 for three and no more. Really want 315 for five. That has become my current life's goal for the present. Oh yeah, currently caring about a high squat too, but that is for another thread.
