I ran Layne nortons routine for a while... Found it was overtraining for my muscle type.
So I alternate rep/power weeks
5x5 one week and 4-5 set at 6-10 the next.. With auxillary work alwAys being rep .
I never do the same thing .. Even if it's as simple as flipping decline with cgbp or w/e.
Chest/tri/calves
back/bi
off
legs/calves
delts/arms
ab sling every other w/o
Anything else lmk

I'm good on the whole cardio thing lol....
About the diet... I eat everthing in site... 4.2k day
close to 2.5" on arms
4" on quads
4" on chest
2" on calves
-45000$ on wallet lol
