eat a normal meal pre HITT basically treat it like a regular weight training sesion....right now I do HITT 2XS aweek [refeed day[wed] and 3days later ] so amounts for me vary[SPEAKING OF FOOD INTAKE PRE WORKOUT]
I will say I eat as close to go time as possible
