that ON shaker cup is ****ing great...as my username suggests i'm bulking so i add tons of **** to my protein shake and that cup makes it a ton easier since its so big

its amazing.. huge capacity! i originally used blender bottles but they are to small. this is actually my second on shaker but the first one had its threads ruined from me tightening the cap to much (im extra carefull with this one lol)
