Tonsti's Quest for abs!
Its time to turn the page and start a new journal.The name of this journal says it all.I will be running cha diet with tons of cardio as well.I will also be destroying one body part per day.My starting weight today is 195 and where it will be when I get to my abs I have no clue.finally I really want to thank those of you who have reached out to me and supported me(you know who you are).All of my friends here at home chose to get fatter so other than my family you guys motivate me to get the job done and that means alot to me.so away we go.......!
