I see a new Scivation product coming out of this: WWMLD apparel. (What Would Marc Lobliner Do?) Wristbands, weight belts, duffle bags, tank tops, posing trunks, etc.

For a meal like egg whites and PB, do you have the egg whites topped with PB or just have the PB from the spoon?

Egg pancake with PB on top. In hotels and stuff, I just put PB on egg whites.

LOL, not sure if anyone actually thinks I make the right choices and am cool. I am just a normal, hard working, conservative American who would do ANYTHING for his family and friends and loves helping people. There are too many good people out there to even look at me as anything but average.

Hey Marc, Tripple, everyone!
Oh man! Am I sorry I came is SOOO late on this one! As such, I will not rehash the last 50+ posts. Although, there are a lot of them I could spend a significant amount of time responding to.
I will, however, say a few things.
Marc, you know me. I think you know my character, beliefs and where my spiritual foundation lies. I can tell you honestly I was not offended in any way by your "Blast". In fact, I agree with much of what you said and am saddened by the way people who practice "churchianity" impact my witness in a negative way and even worse, potentially turn a non-believer away from their salvation.
I know I try to live by the word daily. I pick up the sword of the spirit and go to battle each day. There is a spiritual battle going on every day for our souls and the temptations of the ruler of this world are great. From the small to the great, the temptations to sin to any degree confront each of us every day. This is only one reason that pretending your life is perfect and putting on your Sunday face is just plain irresponsible.
That being said, it is clear that we are all sinners and all fall short of the Glory of God. So all of you who judge good Christians for "sinning" and calling them hypocrites are just immature, irresponsible and using a pretty sad excuse to validate your own source of disbelief, wherever it comes from or whatever you call it. Don't get me wrong, I do agree there are a lot of Hypocritical "Sunday Christians" but I am referring to the ones of us who do try and live our lives by the Word and improve our relationship with Christ daily so when people look at us or talk to us there is no question who our Lord is.
I also feel I must apologize for the guy who got all heated in here. I know he did a complete 180 somehow and everything and everyone is cool and all that and who knows, maybe he was just trying to insite heated debate or longed to be in the red. Regardless, he in no way shape or form emulated the spirit of Christ, yet he tried to use a Christian basis for his attacks. This makes me sad and a bit grieved for the light it shines on we other Christians and what the Spirit of Christ is all about.
To others, if you are going to try and paint a picture of biblical things, please inform yourself better instead of providing unsupported opinions and thus muddying things up even further. A sure fire bet is to quote the Bible DIRECTLY. My full support and prayers are with you as you continue to mature in your spiritual journey.
On the topic of "salvation", no, simply "loving God" is not sufficient and I will simply point you back to Triple's verse. John 14:6 Of course, many people may have different definitions of what "salvation" mean. However, this is where I stand on the matter.
I feel compelled to address many other things and questions that came up in this post blast discussion but I feel that would be better left to a verbal discussion and not on this forum. I hope none of this came across as a rant or offensive.
------------
Great workout's Marc. I'd also like you to put your money where your mouth is and cook me some OG Jewish food. You know I love to eat!
Derek, man, I really feel for you bro! Uuuuhg! I remember when I hurt my back early this year. It is such a sketchy unforgettable event. I wish you a speedy recovery my friend and thank you for your continued efforts on my behalf as well.
Strength & Peace
---Ivan---

A Time to GROW!
This is the time to grow. I have stabilized at 200lbs right now and am pretty much in three weeks out shape. I feel great, and I love the way that I look, but now is the time to really start packing on some LEAN mass and to do that, this kid is going to have to eat. I want to take the next eight weeks to gain as much lean mass as possible until around January 5. At that point, I will evaluate where I am at and either keep bulking or maintain and let my body settle in to the new weight and accept it as the norm.
I am aiming for seven to nine meals per day. Seven minimum, nine if I can get them all in. My macronutrient goals will be per meal:
50 grams protein
15 grams fat
Starting at two meals per day, I will be throwing in 30g carbs from oatmeal or sweet potato. I would like to build this up to all meals as time goes on and I stay lean. My veggie intake will also be super high with the four meals of Solution 5 per day. On other meals, I will try and get in at least 2-3 servings of broccoli. As I have seen with my recent unexlplainable fat loss and hardness since adding in Solution 5 which has the equivalent of 10 servings of fruits and vegetables everytime I replace a meal with it, veggies are magical. I will also try to add two servings of fruit such as blueberries or an apple per day. I will start listing all of this out in my meal plans as I haven't been listing fruits or veggies lately since they are a constant.
My supplement plan has changed. Scivation has brought on a VERY intelligent, experienced and well known Research and Development person to work alongside Chuck and Derek. I will announce who this is later. All that I will say is that now it is not a question that we have the most talented and educated R and D department in the industry. You guys will be shocked. But back to me. I will be doing a different workout nutrition scheme as a test dummy. We will be launching a NEW category of supplements for this, but for now I will be taking 2 caps Dialene 4x stacked with 2 caps of Primaforce 1,3 dimethyl pre workout. I will then of course slam Xtend during and for time being, I will be taking Vasocharge PWO. The idea is to get the creatines, beta alanine and NO enhancers PWO to promote anabolism. As for the fat burner PreWO, this will enhance the fat use for energy dramatically and also get me hyped! The goal is to burn fat and utilize that fat energy during WO and drink Xtend to enhance that fat loss and lean mass gain during WO, then get those gadgets in my system to grow PWO. It is a theory based on science, and it will be fun to test it!
My training will shift from a back focus to a quad focus for the next 4-6 weeks. I need this sweep to come up dramatically. I think that with my action plan, this WILL happen. I am aiming for 20lbs this gain phase of mostly lean mass. I am also aiming for above 90 percent lean mass gain.
This is gametime. Nationals is in two weeks and I am sitting this one out. It also signals that I have ONLY two years to get ready for my appearance at Nationals. Enough maintaining at 200 and being super lean. Time to grow and STAY super lean with Scivation Diet Principles and supplement strategies and oh yeah, training systems.
Grow time!!

Thanks!
I am more excited than I have ever been. With Solution 5 and the addition of the KEY component to our Team, I now have the greatest Diet and Training Guru in the world in Derek and the most amazing minds in nutritional and supplement science in Chuck and our new, secret FREAK (to be announced soon). Now, all new theories can be tested on me, and my results will be part of the deciding factor on how we modify what we do.
Watch out people. This is Scivation's time. We get people real, amazing results and now, it is better than ever!

Daily Blast (sort of)
--Note: This is on article on TAKING CONTROL and living a longer, healthier life with decreased risk of cancer. No one is put on blast this time.
Four Ways to Decrease Your Cancer Risk and Feel and Look Your Best!
By Marc Lobliner
Obesity is a treatable and preventable...heck, even curable disease. Yet people are dying! Over all, one-third of the US population is obese. I am not speaking of being just chubby or fat, but obese! Wow! Would you believe that about 100,500 new cases of cancer are CAUSED by obesity according to the American Institute for Cancer Research? Get off your butt and prevent cancer! Here I will list 4 ways to help prevent obesity-induced cancer!
How does obesity increase cancer risk? According to Tim Byers, Director of the University of Colorado Cancer Center in Denver, breast and endometrial cancer due to increased estrogen. Obese women have more circulating estrogen circulating in their blood. Esophageal Cancer is increased due to obesity-caused acid reflux.
And then Team Scivation's area of expertise, INSULIN! Donna Ryan, the President of The Obesity Society, explains that insulin resistance and elevated insulin levels frequently occur in obese people. Insulin is a powerful cellular growth factor, and it affects cancer cells.
The bad news is out of the way. With the proper dietary and nutritional strategies, you can lower your cancer risk! Here are our personal recommendations. These are not supported by any governing organization. Do not take this as medical advise and please ask your physician for their recommendations.
1) Control insulin through diet
Eat a high protein diet and include healthy fats such as almonds, peanut butter and healthy oils like flax and olive oil. Include fiber in your diet from oatmeal and other slow digesting carbohydrates. Also be sure to eat vegetables and fruit. Speaking of eating vegetables and fruit...
2) Antioxidants!
Eat veggies and fruits, get in as much broccoli and other green veggies as you can and eat your servings of fruit, such as blueberries and strawberries. If you have trouble eating these, there are products on the market that can help like mixed greens products and there is even Scivation's new meal replacement, Solution 5, that has the equivalent of five servings of fruit and veggies per serving. Whether you eat it or drink it, consume it!
3) Fish oil
This helps with overall health and weight management and also helps to support insulin sensitivity and prevent insulin resistance.
4) Exercise!
This helps control weight, manage insulin, and make you look and feel better! Exercise is very important and a mix of resistance training and cardio is optimal.
Take matters into your own hands. Cancer is a horrible epidemic. Take care of yourself and lower your risk! Live a long, healthy and enjoyable life and help beat this disease. If you need any help with your diet and training to maximize your health, please visit www.teamscivation.com. You can also read "The Diet Solution" by Derek Charlebois found here:

with no contest coming up, just trying to lean out before baseball season begins (not until Feb.) which diet would be more useful, the Game Over or CHA?
I feel like the CHA is just like the Game Over with less vegies and instead of the re-feed every 18 meals is a free meal once a week which might work better for me as my family has a sunday night dinner every week.
thoughts ... ???

I prefer The Diet Solution (CHA) to any diet and recommend you sign up with Team Scivation.

---Ivan---

As always, VERY insightful. You are proof that one can have deep faith and still be cool.
I still hate Jesse Jackson.

I am gaining mass. If you start losing, eat more. It isn't rocket science. Dialene 4x causes FAT loss, not simply weight loss.
Screw time off of stimulants. I like my Starbucks!

so how much caffeine i can take for pre-workout for maximum results, can I stack the D4x with vaso fr pre-workout, and how much caffeine is that? Because i loooooooooooove caffeine, I mean I have to workout everyday at 4:30 in the morning, do you think it will be safe I took about almost 400mg of caffeine or this is too much, I tried it before when I was taking the D4x with vaso and I loved the feeling of it, But then some guys told that this is too much caffeine in the morning, which I dont drink it during the day at all
