When i was going out with my last gf (a while ago, i dont do relationships no more) she told me that she ****ed her ex-bf after i confronted her about something and i raged, started driving into a parked car at 40 mph with a crazy face, but turned in last second, floored it after and slammed on the brakes and told her to get the **** out my car at 1 am at night about 45 minutes away from her house. Idk what happened to her after, she wasn't from my school and lived far from me.

some guy pulled out in front of me so i had to slam on my brakes to keep from hitting the trailer he was pulling and as he passed me both our windows were down so i yelled something alone the lines of "you stupid ****ing piece of ****" and he slowed down like he was gonna do something so i put my truck in park and got out (keep in mind this is rush hour and cars are backed up behind me) well i got out and punched the bed of his truck as hard as i could while he was still moving and put a huge dent in it. this all happened in the course of about 30 seconds. he drove away and i stode there raging for a couple seconds before i got back in my truck and drove away....nobody honked at me lmao

One time i joined the pro golf tour and some phag told me at a party one night to meet him on the 9th green at 9 oclock for a little party that all the pro golfers go to. He told me to dress nice (which i rarely do. I usually just sport my Bruins shirt).

So i show up and noone is there and soon as 9 oclock rolls around the damn sprinklers come on. So then i go to the bar and break a beer bottle ready to slash his throat then some bish calms me down and says hey lets just go to your happy place and fck..... so we did.

i'm usually pretty good about controlling my anger, and havent really had any episodes in the past year and a half. One night about two years ago I was driving home from my gf's (now ex) after we had got in an argument. Apparently she wasn't done, and ended up calling me to continue. I eventually snapped and hung up and threw my phone at the passenger window. It was a flip phone and the fuking screen went flying off. When I saw that I raged even harder, bitch made me break my phone. So i punched the windshield...causing it to fuking splinter like a spider web throughout the whole windshield. That was a fun 30 seconds, god knows how many times I yelled fukc throughout that drive home.

when i was young I would RAGE hard. too many things to list but...

- kicked the principle in the testes in 1st grade
- threw chairs in class
- busted out all of my windows in my room
- got to the point where i had to go to a school where they could legally restrain you and had padded rooms (for timeout or whatever)

After getting fired from wellsfargo for being 3-6 mins late in the 3 month time span , I got my keys and threw them at my phaggot ass managers face , and said **** u guys except u ben.

When I was a kid I used 2 flip other girls/guys off when they wud call me names push me lol

Kicked sum lboys balls as hard as I could , he made fun of my handicapped bro ( not cool ) , got 2 day detention

Ate sum girl jillians candy , she stole my good pencil lol

Lol stuck my finger in a racist ass coostumer when I was a busser when they weren't looking lol.

A couple rage stories...

one time we had people redoing our entire bathroom. I got home late that night and was pretty tired. Well around 7:30 on a Saturday I get awoken to the sound of drilling. After the 10th or so day of this happening I finally snapped. I went into the bathroom and freaked out. I said ''SHUT THE **** UP ALREADY'' and punched the wall causing me to bruise my knuckles pretty bad. To this day there is marks of blood on the wallpaper. I still lol everytime I see the marks.

Another time I was driving to Syracuse and was in the passing lane going 70 in a 55. Anyways this work van comes flying by me in the slow lane gets in front of me and slows right down. So I decide to do the same. After like 5 miles I finally raged and pulled along side of him doing 80 and threw a bottle and some other **** at the van. All while literally half of my body outside the car yelling at him to pull over. My friend had to control the steering wheel during all this because I was so pissed. I got the number on the work van and pranked them for the next week.

im pretty passive but ive put my smashed my older bros head on the arm of a couch chair thing and put him through a wall in a fight we had (my dad was watching the whole time n luld)

anger is the best for lifting though, just last week my gf made me really mad before i went to the gym so i went to the gym and put up like 30 more lbs than usual. now I know what im capable of.

Anyway most of this happened about 2 years ago. I dont really rage that bad anymore.

-My brother wouldnt let me watch T.V so we started fighting. I threw him on the floor and dragged him across the house by his hair.(his hair was a little long)

-When I was in 6th grade some kid throw my lunch box, so i proceeded to hit in the head with his lunchbox. He got a concussion

-Some kid was making fun of me so I raged and when he sat down, I placed my freshly sharpened pencil under his butt. It stabbed him and he started bleeding.

-My mom pissed me off for some reason, I raged, went to the bathroom and punched the mirror repeatedly. Needless to say it broke and my hand was covered in blood.

-My mom was annoying the **** out of me and cursing me, I went ape**** (cursed her, you wouldnt believe the kind of **** that spew from my mouth) then went up to her and held her from her throat and said "never say that **** again" and gripped her arm really tight, apparentaly that really hurt her.

-My brother was being a bitch while I was eating, so I threw the plate across the room and it hit the T.V and there was food everywhere.

-Hit my tutor in the head with a chair.

-I usually rage on people while on the road. This one bitch had her high beams on and kept honking. So I stopped in front of her, parked my car and went to her car and started cursing her, she locked her dooors. Lol.

-Broke some doors, remote controls, toilets(serious) and some other **** that I dont remember.

I had some rage problems back in the day, but.....

I dented my Gf's truck from punching it.
Holes in the wall from punching it.
Keyboard smashed from punching it.
Punched my monitor but it was fine, CRT.

I have hurt my hand numerous times from punching things that wouldn't break.

Forced myself to not take dumps for weeks so that it would hurt.
