Meds will not fix your anger... they will only help you manage it untill you fix the problem... after 3 anger management classes and having my meds upped 3 times I was on lexapro btw... you have to find the source and fix it... mine was a crazy whore girlfriend... only go the meds route as a last resort once you start its hard to stop...
Things that I also did to help was hit my heavy bag... I also wrote down things that were going on around me when I started to feel angry as gay as it sounds it helps to identify the triggers that set you off... take it from me if you are having trouble controlling your anger don't wait to try to fix it.. it will only get worse...
Feel free to pm if you want to talk... I spent years grinding my teeth, fighting, and almost went to jail more times than I care to remember... good luck man
