This, dont worry about x amount of reps that give the pump. Blast them with heavy weight!

Gotta use a men's health reference. Telle curls. Take an easy curl bar, lock it in the top position of the curl, then bend over 90 degrees while keeping it there, then ease the bar back down. 1 rep.

preachers and i have a workout me and my buddy do for a burnout called the 30 30 30, you need a 25 lb curl bar and 15 lb dumbells. this workout is nonstop, so no breaks whatsoever. first is 30 wide grip curls with the bar, after that is 30 hammer curls with dumbells, then 30 reverse curls with the bar, then 30 close grips with the bar, after that, 30 curls with dumbbells, then 30 more reverse curls. i do this every bicep day and it is the best burn you will ever get, if this is not enough, do 2 or 3 sets

I vote chin-ups. Your lats kind of help you pull yourself up. So your Bi's get maximum stimulation. In reallity, I'd do chins, barbell, and DB curls of various sorts. I end my back workout with chins, then do BB curls first, and DB curls last on arm day.

That sounds crazy! That said, I recommend Spider Curls as an alternative to traditional curls that might be done. That said, my favorite bicep curl is a standing dumbbell curl where I do one at a time.

Drag curls are the best IMO. You need to drop the ego and go light but when your form is perfect nothing beats them.
I usually go heavy with 3-4 sets of barbell curls and then torture my biceps with 2-3 sets of drag curls. Slow on the way up, hold and squeeze, even slower on the way down.

Hang with a reverse grip from a chinup bar as long as you can with your hands about 6 inches apart and your teeth about 6 inches from the bar. Hold for as long as you can at the end of your bicep workout.

What ever biceps exercise you do is worthless unless your dietary intake is up to scratch.
Diet is a more important factor then any specific biceps exercise for results.
70% diet
30% exercise
want bigger stronger biceps eat more.
