Yeah I did find that little bad, cooked them and gave them to to dogs.
I think even with fed ex that is gonna be one cold breast by the time it gets to you way up there!

Smoke that bad boy, the meat will last longer if you do not freeze it right away and you can freeze it :-) then use as needed from the freezer. Sliced, cubed, pulled, minced... its all good :-)
I do have a smoker and some apple wood or the other way....
Hope you don't have too many problems trying to find a paper to roll it in though...
