Yeah I usually throw the shirt off half way through the workout...I have a smile everytime I walk through the doors of my gym, then I frown when I figure out what I'm doing, then I get angry...then I smile leaving the gym

400m Slosh Pipe in Zercher Position run**
400m Bag run
Time = 22:45
* Bag = Boxing Bag (~100lbs)
**Slosh Pipe = Long PVC Pipe with water inside (~45lbs). This run was all about balance as the water moves around from end to end.

sweet log man. ive done crossfit style workouts from june 09 till now and i went from 180 lbs to 162 lbs. i do a lot of running and mix in crossfit workouts here and there. its fun stuff.

what are some of your best benchmark WOD results OP? my best is probably Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats for as many rounds in 20 mins as possible) i got 22 which i was pretty happy with.

I can't do that many pull ups as my weight is around 230lbs. My round numbers aren't that high, but I manage to get decent times compared with everyone in my gym. I am definetly the strongest in the gym at the moment, which is my main focus for the Crossfit Games (Qualifiers) in March!

We aren't quite THAT warm, lol. We had the one day where it hit 18. But the rest of the week's been the high single digits.
It's awesome, I love it. Could you imagine if EVERY winter was like this?!?!

Well so far this weather has only been like this since Friday....so I have QUITE settled in with it yet....not getting my hopes up....AND I already bought a season pass for skiing...soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bring on the snow!

I absolutely love to ski, and I finally got a 5x7 pass to blue mountain (Basically a stump compared to the Rockies, but best in Ontario), for a 170 bucks. So I can ski all winter long
