I was implying bigger. Paul Dillet was taller than ronnie and Phil Which would explain the size difference. Although I'm not sure if dillet's arm's were that much bigger, if bigger at all. Now more bodyweight doesn't mean the person will have bigger arms, but we're talking about Ronnie, who was bigger than phil in every department. Not that I expect Phil to be as big as Ronnie, Phil is still new to the game.

He not only has the best forearms, but the most peculiar at that. Do any of you know his routine for forearms? Hell, they'd be touching his delts with a couple inches.

yeah, Branch brought his arm size up but his attachments are weird...maybe too much bicep in comparison to triceps? I dunno, but they look weird. They look full but short at the same time.

look, your post is nice and all...and I'm'a letchyou finish...but Phil Heath has some of the best arms of ALL TIME.
Seriously, though he does. Currently, I'd say they're the best. I'm a fan of his but I'm not one to say he has a perfect physique. That being said, Kai Greene's arms are now bigger than Phil's, but I'm not sure if they're better cus I like Phil's overall shape better cus he's got better tricep sweep from the side. But at that level I think it could go either way between the two of them. Personally, i still go with Phil. Separation, fullness, detail, attachments/shape, balance(all parts developed in proportion), and of course the size ain't too bad either

Phil's arms look bigger than some peoples in certain poses and vice versa like Stealth mentioned with Kai. Thing is though theirs might be bigger but Phil's look 10x better overall.

How can anyone dispute Heath's arms? They're the best out there at the moment, no one compares right now.
Sure, there may be BIGGER arms... but none have the quality of Heath's
Pointless discussion IMO.

Kai's biceps are definitely better and his tris are getting massive too. Getting very close IMO.

Heath's arm are on par with larry Scotts in terms of shape but like Larry Scott they do not haver that crazy look than Coleman's arms had due to Coleman's sheer size. heath is like a modern day Larry Scott.

Noticed Branch's arms also. I think it is because his forearms look to be slightly smaller.

x2 forearms are genetic. You see people with big ass developed ones who never train them directly and then you see guys doing endless wrist curls and getting no results.

John Hansen - Natural Mr. Olympia said in the other thread about Kai's quads, that he saw the show live and Kai is the type of guy who looks more impressive when he is standing next to the others. Phil is the opposite: looks great by himself but when he is in line with the other bbers it's a different view.

Since Heath played college ball, I was just thinking that he could probably sink a half court shot even if he just stood there and did it like a free throw. lol

From the last pics in this thread it looks as Kai Greene has better arms than Heath.
