Unhappy im an addict

at snack time evryday i have to have 4 subway oatmeal cookie n a low carb monster is that or what i think it is so please help me is it ?

i have the same problem. every night after work. i get so hungry doesn't matter when i eat prior to this always the same. i is formed out of habit i think. cause that is when i used to eat my junk before i got into this lifestyle. just stay focused and decide if you want to reach your goals or you want to reach for cookies

OP, eat sugar free jello or pudding if you crave candies that much. Won't do much damage like all those cookies
