pep talk please

ok last just came out of the gym 2 hours after i went to MCD with my girlfriend i did something really bad i add like grilled chicken salad with fat free dressing ( i know the dressing is bad because of it corn syrup) anyway and i add quarter of her cheese burger she didnt want it n some soda now i fell horroble please tell me its not so bad cause i was on cutting diet for my abs now snif sniff i want 2 die really

Seriously? The salad (even with the dressing) is fine. A quarter of a cheeseburger is not much. This won't set you back. Just go on with your plan from here. Also, if you're actually 6'10" and weigh 220, I don't really think you need to cut, but that's my own opinion.

Sorry if my first response sounded a little bit harsh. To go in a different direction, I learned very quickly that I had to just let myself eat what I wanted sometimes. It doesn't hurt. I think we generally think extra calories will do more than they actually do. The truth is that it gets to be a negative when the extra becomes normal and adds up meal after meal, day after day.

You'll be alright. It's like I tell my music students - one mistake is just that - one mistake. It only gets a lot worse if you let that mistake lead to others. It happened. Let it go, and move on from there.
