Great progress on the wings mate they're really coming along nicely. So much improvement compared to original pic, much wider and much much thicker. Showing that the Aussies know how to do it!

haha i finished exams yesterday fellas
started drinking at 11.30am and didn't finish till 11.30pm
ate pizza's, burgers, chips, ice cream on top of prob 15 beers throughout the day and still managed to lose some weight
fat ppl would hate me
turned a measely $20 into $200 at the cas too, so was happy with that.
spent the day chilling in the sun and kicking the footy, insane day here!
hit 90kgx6 on decline so was happy with that and back up to 80kg on incline.

after a big time weekend i surprisingly hit a pr tonight
decline 92.5kg (205lbs) x4
started doing cgbp too. not strong on that at all though haha especially after heavy decline AND incline pressing. current split is push/pull/off/push/pull/off/off first two workouts being heavy, last two being higher reps. quads and hams split up on the appropriate days. simple and basic
sorry tim, no ohp'ing yet. i want to get my chest out!

cheers P. it's gone up dramatically in the last 4 weeks. something like near 10kg's which is good for me.
no angus burger actually. not really a fan of maccas burgers. love the nuggets, breakfast menus and mcflurrys, but i like a real burger haha. had an insane one on friday at a cafe, beef burger on a bagel w/egg,relish,cheese,caramelised onion. i don't mind kfc on occasion though!
but, im open to anything and as you know don't give a crap about dirty or cleeeenz so i'll give it a shot if its worth it

haha yeah its finally sunk in that i don't have to worry about crap now.
exactly my plan Ed. kept incline obviously becuase it destroys the chest but also hits delts pretty well too. i'm doing my laterals too!

CG is nice, a good tri exercise, one of my favorites as it is one of the only ones that doesn't irritate my arm anymore.
I'm considering lowering frequency on chest exercises and upping shoulder work, delts got small while not being able to train 'em.

push last night.
pull heavy tonight. chins, rdl's or leg curls, seated cable row, curls, facepulls
chins have stagnated so i'm myo-repping for the next few weeks. that is an activation set then a sort of drop set until you can't complete the number of reps prescribed. fancy way of auto regulation of volume and should get them movements on the rise again.
an example for a heavy set would be 6 +3x
6reps at an RPE of 9...rest ~15secs..3 reps..rest ~15 secs..3 reps and so on until you can't get three reps.
there is a massive write up on them if you want. it's a detailed method stemmed from maximum fibre recruitment of reps and auto regulation based on several EMG graphs
