I couldnt hold outttttt.......I usually am a tape measurer/scale fiend. I am constantly checking. I made a conscious effort to stay away from both. The scale I still check alot but the tape measure, I hid. This morning we did a mock PT test, and we had to weigh in and get our waist measured. My weight was 217 first thing in the AM, and after gettin my waist measurement (33") I snatched the tape and measure my calves and biceps. My arms were a record high 17.25" and my calves were a little over 17. My symmetry is going perfect with my offseason goal and I am so happy with my progress. I will continue to to do my killer arm workout for 4 more weeks.

Thanks Ant! Yea i know I hate when I go to other gyms that dont have that bench set up. Thats how I developed the foot on DB rack technique. I also cant sit straight up in the bench. Most guys arch their backs and lean back anyway, so mine as well set the bench like that so its more comfortable

yes its really perfect....im gunna have to fiddle with the benches and DB rack next time lol
As long as your pushing straight up for shoulder stimulation then it shouldnt be any problem with how the body is angled IMO. I have seen many hammer strength machines that lie completely parallel for shoulder presses

Great video man! I find that weight mindboggling for shoulders. I also angle back the bench like you but I still have to put my feet flat on the floor and I know I lose a bit of pressing power for it. I will have to try moving it closer to the db rack.

wow form on 60s (and even 80s) db lateral is way better than I expected. I noticed that you bring the db to the side of your quad rather than having the dbs meet together in front of your body. I may start doing it like that and see what happens. Recently I've been brining them in front becuase i feel like i get a better stretch and longer ROM (i think i got this from a bob chic vid).
