No need to be intimidated in the weight room. Going in the gym and just kill it with all of us is something I know you can do, and its a blast as it was last year of who all showed up. I hope it all happens again with more of a plan of something like an awesome leg session

Hey guys!
I woke up at 6, ate, then went back to bed...only to be woken up by a friend at 9am because she wanted to use my scale (this is a different friend than before, lol)
The plan WAS to go to the beach, but because most people got in last night around 1:30, and went to bed at 4, no one woke up early enough. At noon, I decided to study by the pool, at 12:30, a bunch of people came out to keep me company, and by 4, practically all my friends from the hotel were out, lol...so the party started early. I was so hyped up on energy for some reason, I felt I HAD to workout....I know, I know...I did upper body yesterday, but I swear, I was like a little bunny going at hyperspeed today AND I hit a couple PRs (out of no where).
Then, i did more cardio on the bike while studying (because I didn't get a lot in this aft). All in all, a productive morning/afternoon
Upper Body
- Highest weight only
Seated Row
- 140 x 4 PR (using perfect form vs. old PR w/ sh*tty form...)
HS shoulder press
HS Iso Lateral wide chest
Barbell Curl
Dip Machine
Neutral grip Lat pulldown
- 130 x 5 PR (see note from first back exercise)
AM cardio: 60 min Stepper intervals
PM cardio: 40 min upright bike

Before I say anything....
Motivation of the Day: Nobody deserves my utmost respect and admiration today than Rob (Vytis). The guy spent an insurmountable of time on the treadmill and the bike for the last umpteen weeks, and NO ONE outworked him from 4am - 9pm. Rob, you inspire me....so hard. This is only the beginning for you, my friend. You're capable of so so much...

So today = Studying, cardio, studying, cardio, studying, cardio. Oh, I may eat and go downtown somewhere in there. But seriously, studying and doing cardio is my priority. I really am so inspired today after seeing Rob's pics, as well as the winner (and runners up) in Women's Bodybuilding at the IDFA show in Canada. I wish I could've been there. It's going to be a gooooooooooooood week!

Good luck on the exam. Knowing your work ethic and abilities, I don't think luck is needed however
Great past few sessions... Impressive curls as well. You are definitely a woman on a mission. Keep up the great work babe.

Wow...
I don't even know where to start....
Oh, ya I do...
RUBES IS FRIGGIN AWESOME!!!!!
I had a f***ing solid workout with my partner today in class after the exam. We completely demolished lower body; he trained me (no mercy), then I trained him (ABSOLUTELY no mercy). We got home around 3, and then I met up with Rubes and her guy at 5. We trained lower body (again) for about an hour (give or take 30 min) and then did 20 minutes of Stairmill intervals. G-DDAMN! CHICK IS INTENSE!!!! Wow. I can't WAIT for the next couple of days! This is going to be amazing! We weren't allowed to take vids (stupid beaurocratic reasons), but I'll tell you right now...she looks amazing. SHE HAS MUSKLEZ LIKE WHOAAAAAA!
Tomorrow, we're prolly gonna hit up Universal. Walk around, chill, buy things...it'll be fun.
Good times. I'll let y'all know later how today's exam went. I'm pretty confident....
