How about chicken or other meats/fish? not sure if you are a vegetarian since you have tuna and pizza on the list.

Well, actually, today i had 2 quarter lb doubles at BK.Definately a cheat day though.
I generally just find it alot quicker and easier to pop open a can of tuna as oppossed to preparing chicken.Have some whole grain bread with smart balance,a protein shake, banana, fruit juice,a V8,and wallah,i'm done eating and good to go.No major project involved with the preparartion of the eating part and that just seems very preferable to me these days.
Thats pretty much my mid day pre workout meal and breakfast is basically 3 bowls of cereal w/soymilk,fresh fruit, water, and toast.
Dinner is usually pasta and pizza. The only time i really like to carb up.Then i'll practice karate, watch some tv,write, and then get ready to call it a night.
Brunch(in between breakfast and lunch) usually consists of veggie burgers.I crave em at that time of the day for some reason.Bolthouse fruit puree drinks are really good at that time as well.

Almost half a gallon:
12 oz (Bolthouse fruit puree)
24 oz apple juice
24 oz cranberry juice
And thats not including the 16 oz of Low Sodium V8 juice.
It seems to properly round out my approach for maximally cleaned/maintained Colon health/function.

Well you are not lacking in mass....and you have some definition. If you are looking to cut, that diet is not even close. WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too much sugar and shiz. If you are looking at bulking, the sugar will come in handy. Although it would be a dirty bulk.
BTW having 2 quarter lb doubles at BK is NOT what I would consider a protein meal.....it is a fat, shiz meal with a bit of protein.
You have not told us your goals, so how can we comment on this diet.

hmmmm...... I've been using Fitday for the past three or four weeks, and Fiber is the thing I'm most lacking.. I wonder if that has anything to do with my difficulties cutting.. I haven't heard of Simply Fiber, but I have heard of Fiber One.. maybe I'll start trying to get more fiber into my diet to see if that helps my weight loss.. thanks!

It's far from the worst diet I've ever seen. But it's very carb-heavy, and you're seriously lacking in fresh veggies and lean meats. Personally, I'd scrap some of the TV time and cook a delicious well-rounded meal from whole foods instead.

The pasta, pizza, fruit juice and bread components are very similar to my diet back 6, 7 or 8 years ago when I was just shooting for outright size and not doing any cardio offseason. I gained weight, but it was sloppy weight.
The diet today is radically different and the results are much better and gains in real quality muscle much easier because I am feeding my body quality foods.
If its working for you fine, but its a great exception to what will work for most people.

All I can say is you look great in your pictures so the way you eat is working good for you. Too bad we can't all do that.
