1x Horley's Ripped + 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil.
6x HB Eggs + 200g Cauliflower.
1x Horley's Ripped + 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil.
150g Chicken Thigh + 200g Cauliflower.
1x Horley's Ripped + 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil.
Training: I'm back at work so I have that nice walk in the morning.
- L- Carnitine with a 30 min LISS.

I'm really getting urges to run and run and run and run. It's getting annoying. This diet is really working, I look different day to day. I am losing BF% because my 'lady lumps' are getting smaller...

Hmmm, I have a tendency to mix diets/methods as well. I have urges to mix Keto, VD, DP, PSMF/RFL and IF'ing in there too. When I was doing that before I was lean as anything also energy was great!
I feel like Crispy Bacon and Soft Boiled Egg wrapped up in two Lettuce Leaves with a slight touch of Mayo....I really want a Caesar Salad too. NOM, NOM, NOM.
