Haha punk!
Thanks for the advice bro, nothing was going right for you back then lol but that happens and you've come out completely better
Definately need to stop the squatting and not really sure about the stretching though.. seems to make it worse.. guessing i have a reall small tear somewhere and the muscle will snap if i try

I'M THE BIRTHDAY, I'M THE BIRTHDAY, I'M THE BIRTHDAY BOY OR GIRL!
SOOO here's a wrap-up of my bday that passed (I FEEL SO OLD). Decided not to have a big night since I've done that the past few weeks, needed a nice chill bday!
Birthday night, went to a spanish tapas restaurant with my bf and it was major FAIL! Restaurant was sterile and un-friendly and food was a very watered down version of spanish tapas. Then the bf and I ended up fighting and I walked 20 blocks pissed off all the way home.
Next night I had dinner with the family, full rack of ribs all to myself, mmmmm was good, I'm such a carnivore. Sang happy bday and opened up lotsa pressies (not really, 2 pressies but they were good ones!) and had pavlova for dessert (mmmmm my second favourite cake!)
Then the following day I headed over to Ral's house as he had a surprise for me. Brought the lil doggies to play with Biskie. (By the way, pretty sure we are keeping Fluffy now, she's so cute and I love her. HAPPY ENDING GUYS!! Also, she and Biske get along now and play heaps so Chloe + Biskie + Fluffy = Three Musketeers BFF!) So the big surprise was..... MY NUMBER ONE FAVOURITE CAKE!! Strawberry cream cake, WITH A PICTURE OF MY LITTLE PONY ON IT!! Nawwww best cake I've ever had in my life! So so soooo pretty and so so soooooo yummy!
Strawberry Cream Cake
OMG LOOK AT FLUFFY IN THE BACKGROUND!! There's kibbles in that little container and she knows it!
Then it was time for my real present. It was something Rally saw me eyeing one time when we were shopping for a present for my lil nephew. IT WAS BROBY!! I love Broby!! He's a character off some random kid's show called "Yo Gabba Gabba!" and I actually find him and the whole show real scarey, but I fell in love with this toy cause he sings the cutest and weirdest song ever!
YEAHHH! MY NAME IS BROBY!
Broby Singing and Dancing
So all in all a pretty nice birthday, thanks Rally again for my cake and pressies!!

Yeah it's really big here. We rented a bus for Roppongi. It was soo packed! I went out to a few bars/clubs but you could hardly dance it was so crowded. It was a real fun night though.

HIITing & PULLing Tamsin off me..
Light Week
HIIT
110m sprint, walkback and repeat x 3
15m sprint, walkback and repeat x 10
No times because SOMEONE forgot their watch... me
Straight After
Inverted Rows
Sets: 2
Max: BW x 25
Wasn't as nice today as all the other days..
DB Rows
Sets: 5
Max: 47.5kgs (104.5lbs) x 6 ---> 42.5kgs (93.5) x 6 ---> 32.5kgs (71.5) x 6 ---> 22.5kgs (49.5) x 8
I like to do these unsupported and my lower back was pumpa pump pumped! Nice feeling but took away from the rest of the workout lol
Good Mornings
35kgs (77lbs) x 6 x 2
s/s with:
DB Curls
12.5kgs (27.5lbs) x 8 x 3
Just feeling these out.. my elbow got jarred the other day.. was leaning back on it while watching Fluffy and Biskie play and they ran into it from the side completely buckling it
BB SLDs
Sets: 4
Max: 120kgs (264lbs) x 6
Nup, really couldn't feel my hamstrings working because of my lower back pumpage without going heavier so i quit to play it safe
s/s with:
BB Whole Body Curls LOL superset UH BB Rows
40kgs (88lbs) x 5 x 3 // 40kgs x 15+ x 2
Just to see how the elbow felt under a heavy load.. not bad at all and i actually quite like the cheaty movement.. i give a lil swing to give the bar some momentum to take out my shoulders at the start and then the bi's take it the rest of the way (no bro)
Thoughts
Gotta love the ADD workout
30 mins
Tamsin wants me
Misc
Gonna spend the rest of the day studying for my finals
Turns out that i still haveto sit my finals and PASS for two of my subjects even though i've already passed them 51/60 and 60/70. When i first found out the plan was just to just go in, sign my name and walkout, take the fails and live with the mark but because i'm in my last semester, all fails in the finals get an automatic resit (regardless of choice) which has been scheduled the week of Christmas.. arghhhhhhhh so ****ing gay!!
I know it does seem like a good thing, saves the final years from coming back another semester for just one subject etc but it's actually quite unfair if you think about it.. they wouldn't do this for a first year so if they were to fail a core, they'd be coming back that one last semester to do the one subject they were held back from doing hence the purpose of the final year resit is dumb..
And it's open to manipulation.. those on ~20/70 or ~60/70 chasing marks can just fail then they essentially get an extra two months to prepare.. plus they will already have a feel for the exam cos let's face it, the exam is going to be testing the same thing because it'll be Christmas and NYE time.. who wants to spend it marking exams?
This is why i hate uni Such a waste of time.. i was planning to spend this time looking for a graduate position but now have to spend it studying --> hmmm real life experience in accounting vs accounting philosophy, what would be more helpful to me in my career? Tools..

Hahahahah! Reminds of that Family Guy episode where the FBI goes to the Fortress of Solitude to investigate a missing person. A hispanic maid answers the door and goes "Oh no, Mr. Superman no home." And every time they ask her a question, she keeps responding with "Mr. Superman no home." lol!
I'm getting to do sprints with my workouts as well! Can't wait...ugh.... I hate sprints!

LMAO you did that for me?? I always miss out on your awesomely awkward adventures.
Ok like this guys, so Rally was at uni heading up some stairs to get to his examination hall. As he was going up the stairs a motorised wheelchair lift was moving a girl in her wheelchair up the stairs as well. But the lift makes the wheelchair face to the side, the side looking at Rally. So here's Rally on one side, trying to hurry up and get into the examination hall, and the girl in the wheelchair on the other, going at an equally slow pace. Rally looks sideways and catches her eye, and theres no escaping since there was so many people going up the stairs at a slooooow rate, so to avoid awkwardness Rally says to the girl, "Good luck". She half smiles and its even more awkward like when you say bye to someone and they're walking in the same direction as you for a while. They still had the whole stairs ahead of them to go. Ahahahha Rally you idiot.

YAY SPRINTS! Haha I hated them too when I first got back into it, but its a pretty energetic way to start your day! I didn't mean to rhyme and now I feel uber lame....
And now for my lecturer's quote of the day: "What do I mean if I say to you PO? Peroral. So I'm not telling you to piss off, (he pauses for laughter), I'm telling you to take it in the mouth! (He suddenly realises how bad that sounds) Uh well, moving on... (awkwardness ensues)

Alcopop was a non event...I could not get time off work and the whole of Australia was partying at the race that stops a nation! I placed some money on Fumicino as it's the name of Rome's international airport (shows you how green I am at the races)
Good work on HIIT! ...better than the pops and nan walk the other day

LOL it's probably no better than those cool online universities you see advertised on IMDb like University of Phoenix or something of the like.. btw you know your brother's secret weight loss formula, the one he saw on Oprah and has so far lost 12lbs in 2 weeks and is to do with acai berries.. anyways, it'll make it much easier for me to reach my DB bench goals if you looked into it fatty

Haha getting up in the morning is still the biggest bitch tho.. i'm a complete night owl and hate mornings so getting up to specifically go sprinting isn't the greatest of things..

First time stretching before squats, found it worked my glutes and hamstrings much harder. The speed up in straight leg deadlifts gave my glutes a much better workout, and worked the glute-hamstring tie in area hard. Looking forward to doing my glute-ham raises next leg day!

Tanx.. finally starting to understand my body and mechanics again.. it's nice having long arms but no so much the torso lol but it does stretch my BF out so it always looks much lower than what it is.. ask Tamsin, i'm a fatty bobatty when sitting down and my belly is creased but when i stand up, six pack magically appears lmao!

QUICK UPDATE -

60kgs (132lbs) x 5 --> Cheaty cheaty
60kgs (132lbs) x 5 --> Cheaty cheaty
60kgs (132lbs) x 7 --> Cheaty cheaty but i like them that way
Standing Military Press
40kgs (88lbs) x 10
45kgs (99lbs) x 12
50kgs (110lbs) x 12
55kgs (121lbs) x 6
Various depths and paths..
Monday - Horizontal Push & Pull
DB Rows
30kgs (66lbs) x 20
35kgs (77lbs) x 15
40kgs (88lbs) x 12, 15
Unbraced..
DB Bench
20kgs (44lbs) x 5, 5
25kgs (55lbs) x 4
30kgs (66lbs) x 7
40kgs (88lbs) x 8
Push away from the weight...
Also don't really like repping these out.. shoulders and RCs feel wayyyy better when it's low reps, heavy heavy (well for me at least ) because my form doesn't deteriorate as much.. 1-3 my form is spot on, anymore and i start to think too much: are my scaps still pinching, are my lats pulling down the weight, am i still breathing etc..
Been feeling pretty good lately, not as injured and on Tamsin's old split right now which is doing me a world of good She also PR'd 70kgs (154lbs) the other day which still completely blows me away every morning when i step on the scale and see 73-75kgs (161-165lbs)

Good work, both of you! Beastly curls Rally, I really need to start getting back to doing that weight again! By "cheaty cheaty" do you mean you used a little too much of your back on the reps?
