Anybody here thing they have "bigorexia"
I didn't even know this existed. But i definitely feel some of these statements below apply to me, especially the if i miss a meal or a workout my day completely sucks.
"bigorexia is a disorder in which a person becomes obsessed with the idea that he or she is not muscular enough."
Muscle dysmorphia can cause people to:
Constantly examine themselves in a mirror
Frequently compare themselves with others
Hate their reflections
Become distressed if they miss a workout session or one of their many meals a day
Become distressed if they do not receive enough protein per day in their diet
Take potentially dangerous anabolic steroids
Neglect jobs, relationships, or family because of excessive exercising
Have delusions of being underweight or below average in musculature.
In extreme cases, inject appendages with fluid (e.g. synthol)

I honestly think I do.. bad news bears.. Most apply to me.. I take a shower in my parents room with the mirror facing east when i get out, so I can't look at myself. I don't even look at my self while brushing my teeth.. I have to go to my room and do it . Meals apply to me too.. I'm not eating enough.. it's sadd and bad i feel you Italian.. reps.

Think of it as the opposite of anorexia, instead of seeing yourself as fat, you see yourself as skinny...
and yes sometimes I do

No, because I'm actually not muscular enough.
Only a few of the traits listed are actually self-destructive though. Things like not wanting to miss workouts even in lieu of traditionally accepted as important social events (e.g., weddings) don't strike me as that big a deal.

that doesn't like someone with a disorder it just sounds like someone dedicated to training.

I think the fact that you're on a bodybuilding website and have done research on it makes it worse. I mean how many regular gym goers know that you need protein every 3 hours??? most people may not have protein for 5hours+ and not think twice of it, where you would.
I don't like missing training sessions or meals, but I'm not that fussed, usually goes to sh*t on weekends any ways.
With me it's more sometimes I think I'm big and others I feel small.
But no I haven't got anything close to bigorexia.
For me to say you have bigorexia is when you totally wreck your social life over it and literally missing meal or training is the worse thing ever. When you get to synthol levels you need some serious help. Bloke at my gym has injected himself with loads of synthol and he looks ridiculous.

definitely have it, I weighed 130lbs when I graduated high school. Everyone I used to see was like "OMG you are so skinny!" I think it fuked me up-srs. I can't go more than two days without going to the gym or I start freaking out that I'm losing weight.
I'm going to basic for the USAF in march and I'm already wondering how much weight I will lose, cause all you do is run and you don't get time to eat worth a sh!t. I bet I will drop to 170 lbs fuuuuuuuuu.

No, but I've known people that have this. It's really quite pathetic. I've used AAS for sometime now to help me reach the goals I wanted to achieve in terms of physique, but some people take it way too far.
I know people who cycle endlessly and put their health in serious danger to keep gaining mass.

Yesterday I walked 10 blocks to my bro's GFs apartment to borrow her car to go to the gym then walked back home after dropping her car off because my car is in the shop. I HATE missing days at the gym, feels like a wasted day.

Brother any disease has "basic" symptoms.
I can tell you that you may have malaria , because you get nausiese, have diahourea , and cough constantly.
Its there for people to be on safe side. Doubt you suffer from anything.
