I get hip flexor pain with squats too mate (is worse on higher reps). Try stretching it well before the workout and make sure you warm up very well.

Yeah i do, been doing a lot of leg raises which seems to be helping.
I dunno mate, i've only added 10kgs on my 3RM in 10 months, nothing really wrong just hurts after deadlift so heavy

7/10 Stopping deadlifts completly for a while back isn't coping. Will have to replace it, open to suggestions..

Your squats are looking very strong.
You could try sumo deads? They are a lot less hard on the back.

Sup Y&S. Why dont you try doing elevated deadlifts? Not rack pulls, just elevated 6 inches or so. Good mornings maybe?

Yeah i did that mate and got nearly as strong as my normal deadlift, very weird.
