Aguy Fish results from comp. Pics included
Hi everybody,
I'd like to let you know I've placed second in the French natiional championchips last week in the NAC federation, bodyclass III category ( under 1.72 meter). The level was high and it was pretty close between 1 and 2 judges said. They said my heigth size ratio was oustanding I messed totally with my tan and was way too pale and not shiny enough. My abs also need big improvement. I came on stage at 69.5 kilos ( 155 lbs) for 1.5 m ( 4'11). Slighlty lighter than expected but ripped and dry.
I also qualified for the worlds championships and Mr Universe. ( the winner was only 1.70 meter for 74 kilos) . i've learnt: mass is not everything ! lol
For professional reasons I cannot go to the Worlds but the president of the French federation wants me to be in the universe in Hambourg Germany Dec 4th/ 5th 2009. So I'll be there with better abs and a better tan!
Here are some photo. i'm currenty waiting for photos from a pro photographer. As soon as I get them I put them on line. Sorry fot the bad quality of these photos but this is all I have for the moment.
Of course any constructive criticisms are welcome.
I'D LIKE TO THANKS VADIM WHO HELPED ME SO MUCH FO ACHIEVING MY GOAL. HE IS A GREAT TRAINER AND HE IS GOING TO HELP ME FOR THE UNIVERSE. IF YOU NEED A TRAINER GO TO HIM HE REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF !

AWesome job! You really have a world class physique, reminding me of a smaller version of Tom Prince.
Unbelievable mass and fullness.

Thanks vadim. As you've seen on the photos and the ones I sent you my abs needs great improvement anf my obliques are too thick due to years of heavy squatting.
I need to thicken my abs so they "pop" even when relaxed and thinner my waist width.
So any routine, is appreciated for thet. Over here in france, at least in my federaton it seems to be one of the key to win : a thick and thin waist line which I dont have.
I need one for Mr universe.
Again, Vadim thans for everythink! You are the Man !

Congratulations!
Congratulations man. You look fantastic in your photos and I'm sure you'll knock em dead in Germany in December. Wish I had the tips to dial in on your abs but you look like you already know what you're doing.
Best of luck!

My calves are genetic gifts!! I do train them 3 times a week extremely heavy and short reps though.
I currently training for Mr universe NAC contest in three and a half weeks. I'm worn out, it's really hard because I want to be more ripped. i'm currently more ripped than these photos and I look bigger althought I'm laready 2 pounds lighter. I was off gear for this show and I've decided to stay natural from now own, so I do accept i'll be lighter but more ripped I think. i've hired Tommy Jeffers for this prep and I love his way of dealing with training: now as a natural i've to go back to basics and in some ways learn how to train a new way and It's very challenging and motivating. but believe me, with drugs and without there is NOTHING in common regarding recovery and diet! But i feel like a newbie again and this is great ! I love learning ( may be because I am a teacher ... lol ). Natural athletes and champions are superheroes !
